"The driver was amazing - absolutely impeccable. The only issue was in getting hold of you as a company. My flight was delayed and I was endeavouring to keep you informed using the 2 numbers you provided. I messaged both several times, and tried to call (nobody answered so I had to leave a voice message). At the original time of collection, the driver called me to say that he was there (my flight had still not taken off at that point). I was hugely apologetic, and told him that I'd been sending messages to you for an hour and a half, but you hadn't passed any of that on to him. So your office is at fault. The driver was awesome, and I kept him in the loop directly on whatsapp. He said he would meet me in the terminal, but I had no bags so got out of the building before he arrived (he couldn't have waited in the car park as the flight was so delayed), so I walked over to where he was parked. He was on the phone to me the whole time, so I knew where he was and was absolutely happy with that, as I was in a rush to get to a meeting. The car was spotlessly clean and he was a super driver. He was amazing - your office and ability to pick up and pass on messages are not, sadly. "
